Articles of Association

The foundation’s articles are under revision and are therefore not currently available on our web-site. However, Section 2 of the Articles describes the framework of projekt UDENFOR’s work and states the following:

The objects, for which the Foundation has been established, are that the Foundation shall work for an improvement in the conditions of the totally socially rejected in our society by identifying and documenting factors in the society which result in people being socially rejected in order to prevent, if possible, any further effects thereof;

• spreading knowledge of such factors resulting in people being socially rejected, of ways of preventing people from being rejected and of ways of improving the conditions for those already rejected;
• trying directly through practical work to improve the conditions of the people already socially rejected.

Efforts shall be made to achieve the above objects through the Foundation’s operation of the non-profit organization Fonden projekt UDENFOR.

The activities of the project shall reflect the view that there have always been many different approaches by professionals and that employees of the project shall be able to allow for this both through practical social work and through research, education and training.

The activities of the project shall always be characterized by experiments. This is to ensure that the carrying out of long-term and traditional social work shall never fall within the tasks of this project.

The objects of the Foundation shall be that it be non-profit-making/charitable.
